YOCI Academy collects only the information needed for inquiries, parent accounts, child profiles, assessments and bookings. Information about a minor must be submitted or authorized by a parent or guardian.

We may collect parent name and email, verification records, child name, date of birth, grade, school instruction language, learning background, assessment answers and results.

Assessment results and progress are linked to the parent account and the specific child. Passwords and verification codes are never stored in plaintext, and assessment answers are not sent to third-party marketing analytics.

We do not request social insurance numbers, medical information or an unnecessary precise address. To access, correct or delete information where legally permitted, contact yociacademy@gmail.com.
