Why ability-based placement
Children of the same age may have very different language environments, school experiences and foundations. Placement therefore starts with real ability, not age alone.
Our approach
Clear goals, strong foundations, ongoing feedback and visible progress. The 39-level Chinese curriculum was developed for learners growing up outside China.
What we want learners to gain
Beyond exam goals, students should learn to read, think, communicate, express ideas and use what they know in real life.
